the rooms are super comfortable, the location is hard to beat and all the rooms have a jacuzzi tub that does, in fact work. The TV's are huge and new. Free breakfast is well thought out and food is good.

The rooms were pretty big, abundant pillows with AC so the stay itself was comfortable. However, two days before checking out, I saw a cleaning red rag was being placed on top of my suitcase, I had no idea why, never happened before that a cleaner left her supply on top of my luggage. I put it on bathroom floor with used hotel towels, next day they still didn’t take it away. Very bizarre now they just casually put stuffs on top of customers belongings. Employees overall were friendly, the stay was pleasant overall. Breakfast was good, they changed choices everyday which I appreciated.

The breakfast buffet its a really good, room its ok, good space, decent TV, and internet works fine, close to WTC, have Cafe, restaurants and supermarket closed have tablet for handle ligths

Its a very nice place, close to the WTC, close have super markets, restaurants, close to the airport and the downtown, room its ok, comfortable, descent TV, and good internet.

I definitely enjoyed staying in hotel that was in safe area, walking distance to various restaurants and the comforting environment of the hotel. I was able to navigate around from the customer service reps inside the hotel and outside directions and advice how to around Mexico.
